Join us at Taylor Observatory for an open house event. Drop by with your kids during the time that we will be open and enjoy hands-on experiments on subjects of Astronomy, Physics, and Earth Sciences. Participants will have a chance to safely observe the surface of the Sun, explore the ways our universe is expanding, learn about static electricity, perform experiments with erosion, and much more!
This event is free but donations are encouraged.

Taylor Observatory was chosen by the NISE to host Explore Science Earth&Space exhibit.
The Explore Science: Earth & Space project is led by Arizona State University, in collaboration with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Explore Science: Earth & Space toolkits are developed and distributed nationwide by the National Informal STEM Education Network (NISE Net). Throughout spring and summer of 2019, events are taking place at 350 museums and institutions throughout the country.
