A very special event… Angelo Parisi and Terry England team up for a perfomance from 2/3 of the “Big Bang Band Travelling Star Show.” In Angelo’s words: “Join Terry England and Angelo Parisi as they reunite for the first time in years to share songs and reminisce about the short but happy life of The Big Bang Band Traveling Star Show. From 1999 to 2005 the BBBTSS preformed as an outreach program and fundraiser for the Robert Ferguson Observatory. For six years this very silly and unlikely group of astronomer-musicians brought their own brand of science education to elementary schools all over Sonoma County and had a rollicking good time all the way. In 2004 the Big Bang Band Traveling Star Show was awarded the Astronomical Society of the Pacific’s Los Cumbres Award for outstanding educational outreach to children k-12 and the lay public.”
