Friday, September 22, 2023 is the autumnal equinox, the first day fall. On this day the sun will rise directly in the east and set directly in the west for everyone on Earth. For everyone on Earth the day will be twelve hours and the night will be twelve hours. What are the reasons for the seasons? Are there seasons on other planets? Join us in the planetarium for this informative presentation.
Following the show (weather permitting) guests are invited to stay and view the night sky through the observatory’s telescopes.
